Abstract:

The existence of appropriate services in the Security Operations Center (SOC) and the effective use of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) in organizations is one of the best solutions and modern processes for cybersecurity. Centers that do not have access to cyber threat intelligence will have a complex and difficult task of discovering and dealing with unusual behaviors from logs and events. In other words, the existence of cyber threat intelligence further strengthens the preventive dimension in the field of cybersecurity and makes the organization aware of its security deficiencies faster and before cyber attackers and criminals and take action to fix them. This research seeks to provide an appropriate method to measure the maturity of cyber threat intelligence in the security operations center and to propose opportunities for improvement. The model presented has been implemented in the police intelligence process and can be implemented in other organizations and their operation centers with adaptation. The implementation results show that the organization should develop the management and structural aspects of cyber threat intelligence in accordance with the relevant technologies. The existence of a Security Operations Center that has conducted relevant assessments based on threat intelligence requirements and adaptability to this evolution is one of the strengths of the organization, and the organization can use these facilities to improve the governance and management of cyber threat intelligence and improve its ecosystem management. The balanced development of these dimensions makes cyber threat intelligence strategies such as agility, decentralization, and the like implementable.

Abstract:

The architecture and implementation of security processes in smart projects, due to their complex nature and extent, is not possible using traditional security methods and requires innovative solutions based on artificial intelligence. One of the hybrids of artificial intelligence is CTI, which provides a better understanding for people in the field of security to analyze the situation and position, and with analyzes based on understandable intellectual patterns, next to the metadata, an analytical view of the situation. depicts, therefore, the necessity of having suitable services of SOC and the effective use of CTI in organizations is very necessary. The methodological framework used in this research is based on the combination of the matrix models of design science, the rotational attitude model and the process model, which are all three of the main models of design science. In the quantitative part, the data was collected through a questionnaire and the model was tested using the structural equation modeling technique and Smart-PLS software. the method of assessing the maturity of cyber threat intelligence capability was designed according to C2M2 and SOC2M2 standard in six specific phases and a questionnaire was designed according to them including twenty eight questions. The results showed that, in smart police, the definition and application of CTI in the security operation center has started and is at the maturity level of one. The focus of the organization is the aspect of CTI tools and it is necessary to develop management, process and automation funds according to them. .

Abstract:

The concept of health security involves the intersection of several fields and disciplines and is an inherently political and sensitive area. It is also a relatively a new field of study and practice which lacks a precise definition-though numerous disciplines and areas like foreign policy, national interests, trade interests, health security, disaster relief, and human rights contribute to the concept. The purpose of this paper is to highlight the need for, health diplomacy in improving health security. For example, it is not unusual for developing country societies to build their health security measures by restricting travel and movement of those emanating from affected areas. When extreme health security measures threaten cordial and cooperative relations between nations, the issue of protection of one country’ s population may lead to the risk of international conflict. As the World Health Organization (WHO) stated in 2007 that ‘ functioning health systems are the bedrock of health security, ’ it is crucial that partners with sound financial and technical capacities benefit developing countries through their assistance and sharing information. This paper explores how health diplomacy holds great promise to address the needs of global health security through binding or nonbinding instruments, enforced by global governance mechanisms.

Abstract:

Let R be a ring. The class of SA-injective right R-modules (SAIR) is introduced as a class of soc-injective right R-modules. Let N be a right R-module. A right R-module M is said to be SA-N-injective if every R-homomorphism from a semi-artinian submodule of N into M extends to N. A module M is called SA-njective, if M is SA-R-injective. We characterize rings over which every right module is SA-injective. Conditions under which the class SAIR is closed under uotient (resp. directsums, pure homomorphic images) are given. The definability of the class SAIR is studied. Finally, relations between SA-injectivity and certain generalizations of injectivity are given.

Abstract:

Implementing various Codes in the field of international maritime law regarding the establishment of maritime security is subject to the cooperation of the military and intelligence agencies of the countries in the implementation of laws and regulations in the field of intelligence and operational. This is due to the recognition of the competence of the country's military and intelligence in the territorial waters of the country, the way in which information is collected, how to share and process information between the legal and military authorities in order to coordinate the implementation of the instructions, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation, approved by that country. The implementation of such an operation is subject to the implementation of legal constraints on the interpretation and validation of information in order to create suspicion or assurance of national or transnational crimes by individuals within the territorial waters of a country. In the metropolitan areas, achieving such goals depends on the cooperation of the Commonwealth countries. Currently, there are two LRIT systems in the field of data collection in the domestic seas and VBSS operations in the area of data collection in the territorial seas of the countries and beyond. The implementation of such processes under international law with challenges such as the international cooperation mechanisms, the existence of rules on the sharing of military intelligence, the existence or lack of military capabilities of countries in collecting information, in particular, the warships in free waters, the type The competence, the scope of the competence and validation of information, the manner in which information is collected, the consent or dissatisfaction of a particular government of a suspect, etc., which strengthens the necessity of ratification of international conventions in this regard.
